GDPR - Sub-Processors
dcupl is GDPR-compliant and offers customers a data processing agreement based on the GDPR.
Data processing activities take place within the EEA, but some are also carried out outside the EEA, namely in the USA. The appropriate level of data protection results from the conditions contained in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular from the standard data protection clauses according to Art 46 Paragraph 2 lit c and d and additional, supplementary technical and organizational measures that the processor takes to achieve an appropriate level of protection.
