Service Level

dcupl strives to offer our customers the best possible availability at all times. For our SaaS offering (Software as a Service), we make every commercially reasonable effort to meet certain availability guarantees.

SaaS SLA

dcupl will provide its services with the best possible availability of ninety-five (95) percent on an annual average (Yearly Uptime Percentage).

Enterprise SLA

More resources are available for our Enterprise offering, which is reflected in higher guaranteed availability. The Service Level Agreement for Enterprise accounts is an annual uptime percentage of at least ninety-nine point nine (99.9) percent.

SLA Violation

Although there has not been a single case in which our availability has fallen below ninety-nine point nine (99.9) percent, Enterprise (Enterprise Plan) customers - should it occur - are eligible to receive a pro-rated refund credit for the next billing cycle.
